Manager's Update #4

1. London Progress 3, with three young WLA/TTK players, Sullivan Morais, Daniel Basterfield and Tony Wilkinson,  surged towards the top of the Wembley & Harrow League (Div 1) with a fine 7-2 win over Lowlands on Friday evening. Could this be the year that London Progress finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Division 1?
   
2. Jason Sugrue directed the first of the London Progress Thursday evening training sessions with Chinese superstars, Jaing Zhi Tao (100% British League) and former World No7 Feiming Tong. Fifteen tables and three hours of hard work was exactly the sort of training session that London Progress have been planning for. Sessions start promtly at 6.30. Latecomers will not be invited to participate.
   
3. Both Jaing Zhi Tao and Feiming Tong are available to both Progress and non Progress players for one-to-one training. Ring Jon Kaufman to book your slot.
   
4. National Cadet League starts this Sunday at 9am with an impressive 26 teams from across London. Unfortunately this means there will be no practise tables on Sunday but it is normal practise on the Saturday.
