Congratulations to Marcus Giles, Rammone Campbell and Charleigh Kirby for qualifying for the National Trials in Derby. Marcus and Rammone came third and Charleigh topped the 13 strong group of U 13 girls.

The second weekend of the British League took place at the weekend with both of our Division 1 teams improving on their first round performances. Matt Ware strengthened the Div 1 S&M team and Pan Li Chun strengthened our Div 1 South team. Both teams now have a realistic chance of winning their respective divisions as do our Division 2 team who are currently in second place. A great performance by Bhavin SAvjani in Division 4 kept our team in contention in that division.

Zhang Hong Ming won his first Grand Prix at the Medway event defeating fellow Chinese star from BATTS. The following Tuesday he won the BATTS Superleague monthly tournament where he defeated fellow Progress teammate, Pan Li Chun in the final.

Well done also to Daniel Basterfield for winning the Band 3 & 4 at Medway proving that he is going to be a great senior prospect as well as making his mark in the juniors.
